Girls, let me say this. The pants are perfect, there's elastic in the waist but it's not very stretchy and the zipper is there. It's a comfy pant. I'm 160 cm and 70 kg, size 40 was perfect for me. I don't have much in the hips, so the hip part didn't fit exactly. If you have hips, take your own size, if you don't have hips, take one size smaller. I’m adding a photo. I hope my comment helps

I liked the color and fabric, but it was narrow on me, so I returned it.
