How it works

    Pick the items

    Open the order, tap what’s going back and say why. You see the refund before you confirm.

    Show or print the label

    We create a free label straight away. Show the QR code at the drop-off point, or print it at home.

  3. 3

    Drop it off

    Pack the items and drop the parcel off. Keep the receipt until your refund lands.

What can’t be returned

Unworn, tags on, in the original packaging. Pierced jewellery, underwear and swimwear need the hygiene seal intact.
