I got M. At 168 and 68 kilos it fit perfectly, but I’m tight because I work out, so think of it like 64 kilos. It fit exactly. Because it’s not elastic, the length is also great and hits at the ankle. In my opinion it's well measured. If you wear something under it, it’ll be more comfortable. I liked it a lot.
