I'm ordering it for the second time. The product is very nice and has the features I wanted, but in my first order, since my arm length and shoulders are wide, I said L though, and M came. Maybe there was a mistake. I returned it and ordered again, but it still came as an L package and with the M size again. I won't deal with that again with another reshipment, but please check your products.
