Hi, I really liked the product but there’s a tear in the back. I want to return it. I washed it in a short program, but returns aren’t accepted. I didn’t want a product with a tear, so I want to return it, the issue is on your side…

I don't know which cardigan I've bought from Mixray, but I use their products with great pleasure. Hands to you. The sizes are standard. Slightly loose, comfortable, and super soft cardigans. It comes to the belt line, and the lengths are like that too.
